Located in Lujiang Chemical Park, Lujiang County, Hefei, Anhui, Laviana Pharma (Anhui) Co., Ltd. covers an area of 335 mu (~223,333.33 ㎡), with a total construction area of 156,000 ㎡. It is positioned as a GMP manufacturing base for commercial scale advanced intermediates and APIs, with a total reaction volume of 1,620,000 L. There is over 19,000 ㎡ of environmentally controlled storage and this site is equipped with multi-functional kg-level process validation workshops, multifunctional pilot-scale production workshops, multifunctional API cleaning workshop, daily 4000-t sewage treatment system and RTO waste gas treatment system, which meet cGMP manufacturing service standards for APIs and advanced intermediates. To collect waste organic solvents generated in the manufacturing process, Anhui Laviana Ecological Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a planned annual processing capacity of 20,000 tons of organic solvent waste.
