Training system
The Company has now formed a professional training mechanism and built a systematic and unique differentiated training management system.
1. Induction Program – organized for the full-time employee job training (including training on various rules and regulations, on-site operations, etc.).
2. The Company’s production base process-oriented operations field training guidance.
3. Senior employees who have served in the Company for a certain number of years are provided with external training, with cost incurred therefrom reimbursed by the Company in full or in part.
4. On-the-job training within the Company’s departments from time to time.
5. The Company is equipped with library facilities literature database for query and work-related books for self-study.
