On January 3, 2024, a delegation from the Hebei Tsinghua Development Research Institute visited the Cangzhou Lingang Economic Development Zone in Hebei. They conducted comprehensive research at both the Chemical Pharmaceutical Research and Development Public Experimental Platform and Laviana Pharma's Cangzhou GMP Production Plant. During the visit, leaders from both sides engaged in extensive discussions on promoting high-quality development in the biopharmaceutical industry within the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

In a signed article titled "Accelerating the Building of a Vibrant and Beautiful Hebei" published in the Economic Daily on November 10, 2022, Secretary Ni Yuefeng of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee emphasized the importance of leveraging platforms like the Hebei Tsinghua Development Research Institute to nurture and attract highly skilled innovation teams, thus expediting the establishment of an innovative Hebei Province. The primary objective of the Hebei Tsinghua Development Research Institute's visit was to gain in-depth insights into the development of the biopharmaceutical industry in the Cangzhou Lingang Economic Development Zone, thereby fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange between Hebei Province and Tsinghua University in the field of biopharmaceuticals.

Laviana Pharma (Cangzhou) Co., Ltd., located in the national-level Lingang Technology Development Zone in Cangzhou, Hebei, serves as the group's GMP production plant. Covering a vast area of 66,000 square meters, the facility currently houses one workshop with 12 independent production lines, as well as a high-pressure hydrogenation production line. The production lines include two specialized lines capable of handling OEB4 level projects. They are equipped with state-of-the-art process equipment, such as 200L~6300L enamel glass, stainless steel, and Hastelloy alloy reactors, as well as horizontal centrifuges and three-in-one equipment. This enables the plant to undertake a wide range of CDMO business for various types of small molecule compounds.
