Job responsibilities:

1、Responsible for the design and construction of R&D labs and automated synthesis labs to be established

2、Responsible for converting existing manual methods in R&D labs into automated processes

3、Responsible for the optimization of the set process routes in the chemical synthesis automation process, discovering improvement points at each stage of the full process execution cycle and improving efficiency

4、Responsible for optimizing the reaction process monitoring logic and validating the compliance of the data results after automatic machine analysis, sorting out the cases not covered by the logic, optimizing and improving the logic, and continuously improving the coverage rate

5、Responsible for automation R&D synthesis project implementation and management, hardware and software resources coordination and organization, establishing clear and efficient cooperation models, promoting internal and external resources communication for projects, and ensuring team work

6、Responsible for project risk control, timely detection and coordination to solve related problems affecting the project schedule.

Job requirements:

1、Bachelor’s degree or above in organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry

2、Strong laboratory experience (5+ years) and industry experience (3+ years)

3、Solid theoretical knowledge of chemistry and some experience in organic synthesis

4、Experience in combining laboratory modernization and automation equipment preferred

5、Experience in laboratory project management or engineering implementation projects preferred

6、High level of responsibility, conscientious and meticulous work attitude, strong communication, learning, organizational and programmatic skills, excellent teamwork skills and some leadership skills.
