Job description:

1. Independently develop CRO and CDMO related business and achieve annual sales target;

2. Track and negotiate with domestic and foreign pharmaceutical companies and other customers on contracts, establish and maintain customer relationships;

3. Actively identify and manage domestic and foreign target customers and facilitate contracted orders;

4. Assist in project management, supervise payment collection and ensure the contract payment collection rate;

5. Plan and implement marketing and business activities.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in pharmacy, medicine or chemical synthesis or other related fields;

2. More than three years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or clinical research; experience in international market outsourcing services, market development, clinical research supervision, foreign-funded pharmaceutical companies or CRO-related work preferred;

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong anti-stress and anti-frustration ability;

4. Strong independent working ability and teamwork spirit, and ability to adapt to short-term travel;

5. Honest and cheerful, proactive personalities, and good professional ethics;

6. Strong market analysis, marketing, promotion skills and good interpersonal communication, coordination skills, analysis and problem-solving skills.
