Job responsibilities:

1、Assist the project leader to carry out the project’s bench-scale test research and development, process improvement, raw material validation work；

2、Complete the technical guidance of the team in the project’s pilot magnification；

3、Assist in the completion of the project’s workshop production work, to ensure the implementation of the project production SOP by workshop workers；

4、Participate in the project production of laboratory purification work；

5、Do the daily maintenance work of the experimental engineering center: including sanitation work, reagents and chemicals placement, maintenance of test instruments, etc；

6、Read and understand the process operation process, be able to repeat the process, do experiments, record the experimental process, prepare on-line information, supervise and train workers to carry out production operations, and complete project report preparation.

Major requirements:

1、Organic chemistry, chemical process, fine chemical or related majors;

2、Able to accept shift work mode.
