Main responsibilities:

1、Provide support for the evaluation of chemical analysis projects, analytical chemistry, etc.;

2、Responsible for analytical method research, development and validation;

3、Participate in the daily management of the laboratory and lead research projects, assist in mentoring junior researchers, and ensure the standard operation of the Analytical Department under the Company’s quality management system;

4、Coordinate with related departments to ensure the successful completion of R&D projects;

5、Other related work arrangements.

Qualification requirements:

1、PhD in analytical chemistry, bioanalytical chemistry or related fields;

2、Related experience in the analysis of innovative drugs and APIs preferred;

3、Proactive work attitude, good written and oral communication skills, ability to prioritize work, ability to manage and resolve conflicts, strong team building skills;

4、Extensive knowledge of analytical chemistry and physical and chemical property analysis techniques, strong ability to evaluate data and results.
