Job responsibilities:

1、 Keep abreast of the latest research results of relevant new drug development projects at home and abroad, and propose new drug design and development ideas;

2、Survey chemistry, pharmacy and other related literature, develop new drug development research programs, and conduct chemical work research;

3、Solve the key technical problems in the chemical work of new drug development;

4、Write original experimental records, phased research reports or summaries, etc.;

5、Write relevant new drug application (NDA) documents.

Job requirements:

1、PhD in pharmaceutical chemistry or organic chemistry related majors;

2、Rich experience in drug synthesis or organic synthesis and proficiency in drug synthesis or organic synthesis skills;

3、Basic pharmacology foundation and certain new drug design ideas or experience;

4、Familiar with the basic principles of new drug development and understanding of drug registration related regulations;

5、Proficient in Chinese and English literature search, and capable of using English to read professional literature and materials;

6、Diligent, motivated, rigorous, with team spirit and good communication and collaboration skills.
