Good Start | Laviana Pharma launches a series of post-Chinese New Year 2026 resumption and production trainings, ushering in a fresh look for the good

At the dawn of the Lunar New Year, everything takes on a fresh look. Laviana Pharma ushered in the first working day after the 2026 Spring Festival. To create a festive and harmonious back-to-work atmosphere and inspire employees’ enthusiasm for their careers, the company carefully prepared a series of “Good Luck at Work” activities, welcoming employees back with a strong sense of ceremony and embarking on a new year’s journey of hard work.

On the first day of work, the company extended warm greetings and auspicious 'start-work red envelopes' to every returning employee. Although the envelopes were light, they carried the company's sincere wishes for employees' safety, health, and smooth work. Amid the warm and festive 'Good Luck on Starting Work' event, the company officially kicked off the series of training programs for resuming work and production after the 2026 Spring Festival.

To strengthen the safety defense line for resuming work and consolidate the foundation of quality management, the company simultaneously organized special training for resumption to ensure steady development in the new year. The start-up training closely aligns with the actual office and production needs, focusing on the two core areas of safety and quality, with systematic content and prominent key points. Cangzhou Company carried out comprehensive training centered on resumption safety, using accident case warnings to sound the safety alarm and reinforce all employees' awareness of safety boundaries; it systematically explained key matters such as emergency plans, control of special operations, and driving safety, emphasizing the importance of post-holiday safety training. Meanwhile, Tianjin Company conducted detailed explanations on office safety, covering five modules: physical protection against falls and collisions, electrical safety control, fire emergency escape, standardized operation of office equipment, and network information security. This fully inspected office hazards, enhancing employees' risk prevention and emergency response capabilities.

The QA department focuses on building the quality system and conducting professional compliance training. It provides detailed interpretations of core topics such as the basic requirements for record management, regulated use of controlled records, standards for proper record entries, and general corrective guidelines, aiming to strengthen employees’ awareness of quality responsibility and standardize daily work processes. Through case analysis and practical demonstrations, it helps employees correct common errors in daily records and consolidates the foundation of the quality management system.
