Recently, to strengthen safety production management and improve the emergency response capabilities of all employees, the Laviana Pharma Cangzhou GMP production base organized a comprehensive emergency drill in multiple scenarios. This drill simulated various emergencies such as fire, earthquake, and power outage, covering key areas including the office area, production workshop, and tank area. The aim was to test the feasibility of the emergency plan and enhance employees' emergency response levels.
This drill simulates a toluene tank leak in the tank area, closely replicating various potential emergency situations. It consists of four interconnected subjects: "Identifying the Hazard and Initial Response" tests the on-site personnel's initial response and preliminary control capabilities; "Coordinated Response and Plan Activation" assesses the emergency system's collaborative response and plan execution efficiency; "On-site Handling and External Rescue" focuses on specialized handling and the collaboration of internal and external forces; and "On-site Monitoring and Hazard Resolution" ensures the completion of safety monitoring and the closure of the response loop. Through this comprehensive drill, the practical ability to respond to such emergencies is significantly enhanced.
During the drill, the tank area was designated as a key protection zone. Employees arrived at the drill site on time and strictly followed the emergency plan, quickly carrying out initial response, coordinated actions, plan activation, personnel evacuation, on-site handling, external rescue, site monitoring, and hazard elimination. Various departments worked closely together, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and teamwork spirit. Throughout the entire drill, employees adhered to the drill discipline, followed commands, and diligently completed all drill tasks, fully reflecting the company's strong emphasis on safety production and the employees' good emergency awareness.
After the drill, the company promptly organized an evaluation and summary of the drill's effectiveness. All departments and personnel cooperated fully and diligently filled out the drill summary report, providing many constructive suggestions and opinions regarding the problems and shortcomings that arose during the drill. Company leaders emphasized at the summary meeting that this drill was a valuable learning opportunity and an important measure to ensure the company's safe and stable development. They hope that all employees will attach great importance to emergency management work, continuously strengthen their knowledge of emergency plans, and effectively improve their own emergency response capabilities and self-rescue and mutual rescue abilities.
Through this emergency drill, the Laviana Pharma Cangzhou GMP production base not only tested the scientific and feasible nature of the emergency plan but also further enhanced employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, laying a solid foundation for the company's safe production and stable operation. In the future, Laviana Pharma will continue to uphold the principle of "safety first, prevention foremost, and comprehensive management," continuously improve the emergency management system, regularly conduct various emergency drills, and constantly enhance the company's ability to respond to emergencies, ensuring the sustainable development of the company.
