Regarding fire safety knowledge, the classification of fires was explained, such as Class A solid material fires, Class B liquid fires, Class C gas fires, etc., and key points for extinguishing various types of fires were analyzed in conjunction with actual case studies. In addition, the training also deeply analyzed the ten major dangerous psychological states, such as the illusion of safety, guiding employees to establish a proactive awareness of "I want safety" and effectively enhance their risk prevention and emergency response capabilities.

In the quality awareness training session, the basic concepts of pharmaceutical GMP were explained, emphasizing that it is not an esoteric technology, but rather a manifestation of quality regulatory standards. By reviewing the brief history of GMP development, including the stories of the American sulfanilamide disaster and the thalidomide (Contergan) incident, employees were made to understand the critical role that GMP plays in ensuring drug safety. Additionally, the training introduced the evolution of China's GMP from the issuance of its first regulations to multiple revisions. The training focused on the core principles of GMP: "Do what you say, say what you do; do what you write, write what you do," highlighting the importance of consistency between execution and documentation, and also explaining the necessity of SOPs in the drug production process.

In terms of quality management systems, it comprehensively covers the evolution of stages from quality inspection to production process quality control, and then to the establishment and effective implementation of quality management systems, as well as recent developments in data reliability, quality culture, and quality metrics, allowing employees to gain a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the quality management system. Finally, it provides a detailed explanation of the requirements and precautions for filling out records, including aspects such as authenticity, timeliness, accuracy, clarity, and completeness, and helps employees master the correct filling methods through practical demonstrations and interactive Q&A.
