Laviana Pharma's Human Resource System Project Launched, Digital Platform Helps Build Laviana Pharma's Human Resource Brand!

In the afternoon of April 8, 2022, the official launch meeting of Laviana Pharma-Beisen HR system project was successfully held in Laviana Pharma (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. The chairman of Laviana Pharma, the senior management of HR Department, IT Department, Finance Department and Beisen Tianjin team attended the meeting together.


At the kick-off meeting, the representative of Beisen HR system reported the basic situation of the cooperation project with Laviana Pharma, including the team, background, target, schedule, management mechanism and success guarantee. In the first phase of Beisen HR system, a basic information platform will be created, enabling comprehensive online management of basic personnel, salary and leave and employee services. Combined with Laviana Pharma's internal office system, the eco-system will create a complete process and provide manpower data support for the overall digitalization.

The chairman of Laviana Pharma said that the informationization of human resources is the trend of future development. Currently, Laviana has put on line a number of informationization platforms, giving priority to establishing the foundation of data informationization, and then moving to intelligence era. It is always the goal of Laviana Pharma's talent pool building project to improve the efficiency of human resources by establishing a unified human resource management platform across the group, to give full play to talents by building an effective personnel management system, and to make accurate policies on talent development by establishing an open, flexible platform. 


After formulating the digital transformation strategy of HR management, Laviana Pharma started to contact and screen several suppliers, and finally chose Beishen to provide the system building and support services for its considerable expertise and rich experience in HR management. The first phase of cooperation between the two parties will focus on the improvement of information efficiency. A basic information platform will be created, enabling comprehensive online management of basic personnel, salary and leave and employee services. Combined with Laviana Pharma's internal office system, the eco-system will create a complete process and provide manpower data support for the overall digitalization; a recruitment platform will be built to solve the "quality" and "quantity" problems in recruitment. The interaction between internal digital platforms plays a vital role in truly realizing Laviana's group control model, improving the level and efficiency of human resource management, awarding core personnel to drive the business grow in the long run.


According to the plan, Beisen will start from demand research, blueprint design, platform docking and other processes to analyze and build the structure of the platform, and the first phase of the system is expected to be officially launched in September 2022. After the online operation, data analysis and mining will be carried out to create the innovative talent management landscape exclusively for Laviana Pharma. Both parties will continue to cooperate to improve talent supply, incentive and development, and finally achieve comprehensive talent digital management.
